Banana Berry Non-Dairy Fruit Smoothie

strawberry smoothieI am hooked on cashew creme!  Try using it in smoothies.  My kids love them and they are both nutritious and delicious.

Banana Berry Fruit Smoothie


1 cup cashew creme
1 banana, cut into small pieces
2 Tablespoons honey
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice

Blend all ingredients together in a blender to the desired consistency.

  1. This sounds soooo good! I love using cashew creme, it has such a nice flavor and consistency.

    • If you are making the cashew creme, prepare enough to make the Chocolate Pie Recipe Chocolate Pie. You don’t even need to make the pie in a crust, just use the filling as a rich chocolate pudding. We have been eating the pudding with berries and bananas this week. My kids have REALLY enjoyed their “pudding” breakfast and I know they had healthy protein before school. Enjoy! Jen
