This is a modified version of a dessert from Clean Eating Magazine (www.cleaneatingmag.com). I make it GF and dairy free by replacing the granola, yogurt and vanilla with appropriate ingredients. My kids really love this and it is VERY easy to make.

Banana Berry Non-Dairy Fruit Smoothie
I am hooked on cashew creme! Try using it in smoothies. My kids love them and they are both nutritious and delicious.
Banana Berry Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup cashew creme
1 banana, cut into small pieces
2 Tablespoons honey
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice
Blend all ingredients together in a blender to the desired consistency.
