The 2009 GF Cooking Expo will be held on August 15-16, 2009 at the Wyndham Hotel, Lisle, Illinois. This year’s Expo will focus on GFCF foods. The first GF Cooking Expo was held in September 2008 in Chicago. The Expo featured top chefs, cookbook authors and nutritionists and was a great way to learn new cooking techniques while sampling the food. One of the unique Expo features was the addition of nutritionists to help better understand how our GF diet effects our bodies.
