This is one of the most versatile non-dairy cream replacers. It is nice and thick and you can use it to thicken soup, make pies, as a dessert topping, for smoothies, etc…
It is not sweet and if you are using for a sweet purpose, such as a smoothy, you will need to add honey, agave, sugar, or a sweetener of your choice.
